The other night I had the pleasure of interviewing one of these world class Djing talents of South Florida, he simply goes by DC the DJ and he’s been mixing and scratching professionally for over 13 years. It started with his love of hip-hop and from there branching out to an eclectic taste of music and styles that he incorporates on a weekly basis with his current residencies.
You can catch him Tuesday’s at The Balcony on Las Olas BLVD and 27 Bar & Lounge on Thursdays and Sundays as well as on his weekly internet radio spots AWSM radio and UK Bass Radio. I asked DC what he has planned for the future, and he’s working on expanding into the 305 and producing his own music to spin at some of the hottest clubs in Broward and Dade Counties.
